they all mean the same thing. These as are synonym words. Synonym meaning these words are similar or have similar meaning. You can use either word to express a degree of how startled you are. Startled is more so a "sudden shock"(or negative reeaction) and the other words could be used to express how shocked you are or were depending on the tense of your sentence. For example, "My child startled me this morning." "I was flabbergasted that my child startled me." "I'm astonished that my child was able to startle me this morning."
