關於Azuma的意思和用法的提問

Q: I work for a soba-restaurant called Azuma as a cook. In this restaurant you can eat soba two or three bowls more at the same price if you want. It's been three years since its open and now people even make line to eat it for lunch. Same chain of stores have opened in foreign countries such as Vietnam and the U.S. I will do my best studing English to work in one of the chain of stores in a foreign country. 聼起來自然嗎?
