A: Referring to Brussels as a "whited sepulchre" shows up in the book "Heart of Darkness." A "whited sepulchre" is a biblical term for a hypocrite. However, I have seen the term broken down into meaning that Brussels looked like it was a town that was good (whited) but secretly had many horrors to it (sepulchre).

A: Britain are leaving the EU, which is in Brussels in Belgium. Theresa May (British Prime Minister) had dinner with the President of the European Commission and a newspaper was saying they argued, and she said it was just 'Brussels Gossip' the newspaper was just looking for a headline, I think :)

A: I came to Brussels 5 months ago, and now I live in Brussels. As this is my first time living abroad, except for traveling, my life here is very exciting. Of course, I sometimes feel "inconvenienced" compared to living in Japan. But I don't care about small inconveniences because I can get a very special experience here.

One of the most precious things is that I can meet many people from a lot of different countries. That kind of experience, we might not normally get in Japan.

Also, traveling around Europe is very fun for me. There are a lot of beautiful buildings with ancient architecture.

By the way, my wife and I did not have the same hobby before we came here. However, we are now both very serious about improving our English skills and that has made our bond stronger than before.

I'm not sure if "inconvenience" is the right word, so I put quotes around it. But sounds good, just a few changes. :)
