"Continuo"

A: Continual - occurring without interruption. Continuous - Moving without interruption
Q: continuos 和 permanent 的差別在哪裡?
A: continuous - algo que dura um certo tempo sem interrupção

Permanent - algo que não pode ser mudado, dura para sempre
Q: present perfect continuos 和 past continuous 的差別在哪裡?
A: Present tense is when you are performing an action. For example,
"I am brushing my teeth." You use words like am, is and are etc. In past tense you have already completed the action. For example,
"I was brushing my teeth." Or "I brushed my teeth." You could say it either way. You use words like was, were etc. The verb could also change in this tense (like brushing became, brushed)

"Continuo"有關的其他問題

Q: “I have not been this excited for long time”according to present perfect continuos tense this sentence is grammatically wrong, am i right? Cause the “excite ” verb should be ing form not past form, if i am wrong please correct me
A: This sentence isn't in the present perfect continuous, it's in the present perfect. "excited" here is an adjective, not a verb. The main verb here is "to be", with "have" acting as an auxiliary to put the sentence in the perfect aspect (and present tense). "been" is in its past participle form because the sentence is in the perfect aspect.
Q: I really don't get this. Why do I have to use present continuos in the first sentence, and use siemple present with the second one

-what are you doing these days? I'm studying English these days...

- On these days, I walk about 50 steps to my home office, turn on my computer, etc.

A: Hola!

What do you do these days? I study English..."

Espero que te sirva!

A: "Since the continuos humid weather and this room is located to the outer wall which is expected that the room temerature will rise, we already switched the air conditioner on in this room. "
Something seems off about this. I would suggest opening with: With the room being located on the outer wall, the humidity is constant, and the temperature is expected to rise, so because of such conditions we have already switched the air conditioner in this room.
(Mine is very formal, given the role of manager being here. If it's too advanced I'd be willing to help further)
