A:
× This lookdown has made me realize I’m such a homebody and I can even wind down at home without being depressed or irritated.
✓ This lockdown has made me realize how much of a homebody I am, and that I can stay at home for (an extended period)/(a while)/(a long time) without being/becoming irritated or depressed.
× I know some of you don’t though.
✓ But I know some of you aren't the same.
× Anyway, stay positive to get though this tough time!
✓ Anyway, we should stay positive to get though this tough time!
"to wind down" means to relax after being stressed or excited, so it's usually expected that someone who is winding down wouldn't be depressed or irritated.
This is kind of nit-picky, but it generally sounds more natural to have adjectives in ascending order of seriousness or degree. Being depressed seems like a stronger emotion than being irritated, so "irritated or depressed" sounds more natural to me than "depressed or irritated".
In the sentence "I know some of you don't though", it's not clear what "don't" is referring to.
