A: The first and third sentences are ok!

The second sentence "so it can go to both pretty easy." is confusing.

Do you mean "so you can go from Nagoya to Tokyo or Osaka pretty easily"?

A: In Nagoya, they have 2 places to go shopping, eating, drink etc.
(- ‘etc’ is short for ‘et cetera’ and is more commonly used than ‘and so’)
One is around Nagoya station that we call Meieki and the other one is Sakae which is about a 20 minute walk from Meieki.
(- grammatically it is wrong to use ‘and’ at the beginning of a sentence)
Actually I prefer Sakae because I worked in Izakaya which is in Sakae when I was at college.
(- you can’t use ‘because’ at the beginning of a sentence so you combine the two sentences)
After work we went to a bar and sang karaoke. It was so much fun.

A: In US English, you don't really "join" a company, usually, you "are hired" or "work for" a company, or maybe "work with". You can say "join", but that's a little less natural in US English, at least while you're still outside. It would be quite natural to say "I joined this company thirty years ago, right out of college," but not so much to say "I'm looking to join this company". The first celebrates many years of being part of a team, presumably a valued part; the second, I think, might imply that "I want to join a winning team"--that is, I want the benefits of "belonging" to this company (maybe because I'm not going to be the strongest member).

I think these are a little better:

"I will frantically hunt for a job next year, and am looking to join a large company."
"I will be looking for a job with a large company next year."

Some details:

"...a person who possesses a lot of money..." (I possess, you possess, he/she/it possesses).

"...is a successful person." Don't forget the "a".

"Frantically" is not really a good choice here; do you mean "eagerly"? "Frantically" means you really, really want a job, but sounds more like you're desperate and not really up to the job. "Eagerly" also means you really, really want a job, but sounds more confident that you have what it takes and will succeed.
