A: "Normal" is something that's standard, usual or expected, so a "normal day" is one that happens as you would usually expect it to
"Ordinary" is mostly the same, but it also can mean something that is unremarkable or not very interesting, so an "ordinary day" can be the same as a "normal day", but it can also mean that it was an uninteresting or boring day
They essentially mean the same, but "ordinary" is a bit more negative than "normal" is

A: normal means that everything is fine and ordinary means that that the thing is not that special. example - "your outfit is normal." that means everything is fine with your outfit. "your outfit is ordinary" you would be a bit offended, since they called your outfit unoriginal, without anything special.
