A: Somebody is taking toilet breaks very frequently. Perhaps that person is also hot from exercise of some sort or maybe strong emotions like anger. The person making the remark is making a joke that comments on the frequency and/or emotional/physical condition of the person taking pee breaks. They are jokingly suggesting that the person's pee comes out as steam rather than liquid.

A: not sure what the situation is.. pee is urine or urinate, it depends on how it's used.

A: It makes sense but the punctuation is very unusual. It seems like you have a question mark in the middle of a sentence. I might rewrite it something like: 'If you forget to pee because of HiNative or ASKfm, is it a serious situation? Should you seek out professional mental* help?'
*I am assuming that you mean mental rather than metal :)
