Anyway, PK is a verb meaning "player kill", whereas VS is a preposition abbreviation for " versus". A versus B, in a game means to have A compete against B somehow. In many games that means A tries to kill B, while B tries to kill A. PK can be used as in "I just got PK'd!" meaning "another player killed me", and it generally is used in a context where a person wasn't expecting to be attacked. PK sometimes will have "er" added on, and that turns it into a noun meaning "player killer", which is someone who enjoys the challenge of killing other players.
