"Query"有關的其他問題

Q: Regarding his query, I have sent you a question on 10 and 16 Nov. to reply to him .
I'm afraid, I don't know how should I respond to him.
Could you give me your advice? Or please reply to him instead of me. 聼起來自然嗎?
A: × Regarding his query, I have sent you a question on 10 and 16 Nov. to reply to him .
✓ Regarding his question, I sent you a question on Nov. 10 and 16 to reply to him .

× I'm afraid, I don't know how should I respond to him.
✓ I'm afraid I don't know how I should respond to him.

Query is not commonly used where I live. People may or may not understand that word.
Q: I appreciate if you answer below my query;
Is the party still on for next Friday?
Regarding above sentence, why does this sentence need “for”? It seems that it is enough for that without “for”.
A: I [would] appreciate [it] if you [could] answer my [query below];
I [will] appreciate [it] if you [can] answer my [question below];
/question is more casual, query is more formal!
The same with [will vs would], [can vs could]

For your question, they both have the same meaning, but just that the addition of "for" makes an emphasis on the subject behind it.

1: Is the party still on for next Friday?
Emphasis/Subject on "Next Friday", feels more like checking about that day.

If you're confused you can flip the sentence,
"Is the party still on for next Friday?" = "For next Friday, is the party still on?"

2: Is the party still on next Friday?
Emphasis/Subject on Party

There is a little nuance!
Q: I still have many queries as so where those creatures are from 聼起來自然嗎?
A: "Queries" 不是很常用、更好说 "questions":
"I still have many questions as to where those creatures/animals are from"
Q: I take queries on my YouTube channels 聼起來自然嗎?
A: If you take queries on more than one YouTube channel, then, yes, it's correct.

If you do it at only one, then use 'channel' and drop the 's'.
