Regular - This is something that is done often or occurs in a pattern.
- I’m a regular at the coffee shop because I go there every morning.
- I regularly check my mailbox.
- I regularly go to the doctor for check ups.
- I regularly get the oil changed in my car.

Daily - This is something that is done/occurs every day. It can happen at the same time each day, but it doesn’t have to.
- I get the newspaper delivered daily.
- He goes to the cafe daily.
- She calles me daily to check on me.

(I have seen you answer other similar questions and many of your answers have been wrong. I don’t know how much experience you have with English to be claiming that something “sounds better,” but please stop giving these wrong answers to other learners.)

These sentences actually have similar meanings. Both are asking “do you want to change your daily routine?”

But I think the second sentence sounds nicer. It also implies that the asker wants to help.


Other examples:

“Would you go to America?” =
Do you want to go to America in the future?

“Would you like to go to America?” =
Do you want to go to America? I can help you buy plane tickets and you can stay at my house.
