A: I think that they mean almost the same thing, it's just how you say it, for example 'I woke up early on Saturday morning' means that 'I woke up on a Saturday morning, on an early hour' and 'I woke up at early morning on Saturday' means that I woke up, while the morning was early, on Saturday'. Morning is early itself, but when you still add the word 'early' to it, it means that you want to mention how early it is, which make it seem like it's even earlier than just saying 'early on Saturday morning'. That's why I like to clarify by saying it the way I indicated previously, i.e. A week from this coming Saturday. I think that makes it perfectly clear. If you want to say the Saturday after that (i.e. in 2 weeks and a bit), I would say 2 weeks from this coming Saturday.

"I noticed that the Saturday meeting will be in Shanghai" is fine. Like this, the sentence feels like you are emphasizing "Saturday", maybe to compare it to the "Sunday meeting" which will be in Beijing.
"I noticed that the meeting, Saturday, will be in Shanghai". If you change it like this, Saturday is just an extra fact about the meeting, but not emphasized.
