It means the (assumed) boyfried, will smile at her,(this smile is cocky and selfish and not real,/evil) and then the boy removes the part of her (metaphorical) car, so she can't stop and will die....It's just saying, her boyfriend is a backstabber, the whole thing is just a vague metaphor...

A: Someone who smiles easily and quickly has a ready smile.

A: To suck up is an informal term that means to be sycophantic - to smile and be nice to someone whether you like them or not just to gain favour and get want you want.

Or the verb "beaming"?
"She was beaming/grinning" means she was smiling broadly.
