I go on the Internet, on my phone (mobile phone can be shortened to just ‘phone’) to get information and take a break while watching videos and using social media (people usually say social media instead of sns).

-you don’t need to add ‘during my break’ again at the end since you already said ‘… take a break while…’. It’s like you are repeating yourself.
