So it could be asking someone on the radio to look up a driver license check (make sure it's still current/valid), or to check for warrants on this person, or if the car was reported as stolen, or checking something else. And the "on one Ford" is talking about the car involved, so they have 1 car and it's a Ford brand car, that they want looked into.

That is my best guess.
