A: I think it would be “from”. Because the astronauts are on/in the space station, that’s where their broadcasted lesson would be coming “from”. And because the students are not in the space station, you wouldn’t use in/on

A: I don't understand the first half. The second is "he wakes up. He gets out of bed. He goes into the bathroom" sounds fine.

A: Close, the "th" in "thing" sounds about halfway between "t" and "th" so you are getting there.
