Q: Which translates to a doubling and 10-times increase in sound levels. He determined that humans were responsible for doubling the sound in 63 percent of protected areas是什麼意思
A: Another way to say this paragraph is= which shows a doubling (of some unknown thing, needs more context) and 10x increase in the sound volume. He came to the conclusion that people were responsible for doubling the volume by 63% in protected areas (protected against sounds)

You wouldn't write the sentence like i did normally. I just wrote it like this so it's easier to understand.

Hope this helps :)

Q: still would not mind doing smth. i know how its translates, but cant understand why there is would not, if its not past tense, and why there is doing, if its not continuous. obviously, i do not understand something, could somebody explain it to me pls?
A: Would not isn't always related to past tense. Assuming smth is something, I'm going to change the sentence a bit and say "I still wouldn't mind doing something." So a sentence like this would probably be used when trying to make plans with someone and they said they were fine with anything, and you weren't sure you could go out anyway. They might offer again, saying "I still wouldn't mind doing something." To say that their schedule is still open and they still want to go on an outing. And doing is more of an action being done at some point in time (past, present, or future). Kind of confusing, sorry.
Q: I guess it's roughly translated as " Please do not enter.".
