What is more, as we know from our experiences, the workers who do not have the habit of taking adequate sleep, could easily make mistakes on their jobs. That’s should be a truism.
These are enough for the reasons to decrease the working hours.

Secondly, there is no evidence of the causal relation between the increased working hours and the productivities of workers.
As we have seen, we have the inclination to work harder in the limited hours, which several researches have reinforced as well.
Needless to say, this fact shows that increased working hours has not always ensure the fruits of the companies, which means we should not think of the increased working hours and the productivities on the same line. These are essentially different things.

Last, when we cannot complete the job in time, we can find several ways to finish it.
For example, many companies employ skilled freelancers online thanks to improved technology. This new system of work has proved that companies could increase their profits efficiently without improving working hours.

For the reasoned mentioned above, it is fair to say that decreasing working hours is not a good idea overall.
