“Actually” is an adverb that we use before verbs or adjectives. You use it to describe something as (usually unexpectedly) true.
For example, if you smell some stinky cheese, you might think it does not taste good. But when you eat it, to your surprise, it tastes good. Then you might say “this cheese is actually yummy.”
Fact is a noun. We say something IS a fact when it is true. It is usually information.
For example, it is a fact that the United States is to the north of Mexico. It is also a fact that the Pacific Ocean is to the west of the United States.
