Well "ask me" would be used when you want some one to simply "Ask you" a question. "Question me" is never used in that context (I know it sorta maybe can be but still don't ever". "Question me" is past tense so the only time you'd really use "question me" would be like. "The police questioned me" or "The judged questioned my validity"

"Question me" means "determine my validity". It's very close to "interrogate me".
