有點不自然
I get what you are trying to say but it wouldn't be said this way. I think you want your colleagues to "take the initiative" which means to do something on ones own without being told.
Example
"I wish my daughter would take the initiative and clean her room without me telling her"
You could say "It's frustrating that my colleagues never take the initiative. I wish they could be more voluntary or helpful."
The word spontaneous doesn't exactly fit here but I understand why you used it. Good attempt!

Spontaneous is associated with words like "random" "adventurous" "without order" "unplanned" it doesn't exactly fit in a professional setting I think.

有點不自然
You can use spontaneous like "She's so boring, I wish she was more spontaneous"
Or
"I follow the same schedule everyday. Maybe I should be more spontaneous."
