The comment order looks strange on HiNative. Yes I noticed it too. Comments that should come later comes before. I hope they fix it.

I think they're trying out putting the most recent comment first. I also preferred the old way.

回答The first sentence is correct. The second sentence does not make sense since “to be discussed” implies the future.
