I will explain it briefly and then send verb tables.
The cases change the articles needed before nouns (ein, eine, ein, kein, dies, etc.), and the endings also depend on the gender of the noun.
Nominativ : this is used for the subject of a sentence (the person or thing doing the action/ verb).
e.g. *Der* Lehrer ist lustig.
The teacher is funny.
The teacher is the subject in this sentence.
Akkusativ : this is used for the direct object (the person/ thing to which the action/ verb is done TO)
e.g.
Mein Bruder hat einen Computer
My brother has a computer
The computer is the direct object and has ti be accusative because it is owned by my brother.
Dativ : this is used for the indirect object (doing something for/ to somebody or something)
e.g. Ich gebe *dem* Lehrer ein Buch
I give a book to the teacher
The teacher is the indirect object because I am giving the book TO him/her.
I hope this is making sense, I can only explain it in English.
This is a very brief description, these cases go into a lot more detail.
