I haven't ever heard the phrase "contact to". In English, we usually just say "contact", and "contact with" (in certain cases). for example:
"James has contacted his friends." "James has lost all contact with his friends." Would you like more examples?

"I contacted my colleagues about the important issues at work."
"I contacted my mom to tell her that I couldn't arrive at the party."

How differ from "at work" and "on work"? Could I use "on work"in my sentence, or just can use at work .. !

No, "on work" wouldn't be acceptable in this case. Only "at work" here. :)

Contact can be a verb, and then doesn't use any preposition. Like the examples above: I contacted my mom...
You can also use it as a noun in the expression "have contact with" someone.
Do you have contact with John still?
You can also "be in contact with" someone.
Are you in contact with their sales department?
I would say it's more common to use this as a verb (with no preposition).
