有點不自然
"having a backbone" is a saying in English meaning that you have a strong will (usually). Although these two things are similar, you would not really say "I have a strong backbone" in a conversation, because it sounds like you are talking about your actual spine (backbone).
I would stick with "I have a strong will", or "mentally, I am strong", or something else along those lines.
"backbone" is usually used when saying:
"grow a backbone!"
or
"grow a spine!"
these basically mean: be stronger, don't be so weak willed, man up, quit whining, (things like that).
