Trustee is individual, trusteeship is an organisation of trustees. Because one is so single and one is plural it's not common that you would use them in the same sentence.

e.g. Trustee (or the holding of a trusteeship) is a legal term which, in its broadest sense, is a synonym for anyone in a position of trust and so can refer to any person who holds property, authority, or a position of trust or responsibility for the benefit of another.

Five trustees hold trusteeship in the corporation, and they hold the authority.
A trustee is the person. A trusteeship is the position he/she holds.
