I'd like to know if the paragraph is correct.
"Nowadays, many young people in our country try to launch startups.Because of the severe competition in employment, more and more youngers can't get satisfied jobs.Some of them plan to set small business companies by their own.On the one side, they can earn money;on the other side, they can get business experiences that are good for their future."

"Nowadays, many young people in our country try to launch startups. Because of the severe competition in employment, more and more young people can't get satisfying jobs. Some of them plan to create small business companies on their own. They can earn money, and get business experiences that are beneficial for their future."
