有點不自然
You're missing the articles "the" in many words. It's very important in English grammar because it's indicating that specific panda, and not the pandas in general.
"The panda was sleeping at the start (or beginning) and didn't notice the guy [...]" The reason we don't say "didn't noticed" is because "didn't = did not" is already in past tense. Once two verbs are found in one sentence, the second verb always remains in infinitive.
"He didn't notice me before"
"[...] until he touched it and the panda took a hold of his feet immediately."
