I believe that sentence means "Who/which do you choose?" and that might be the shortened version of the phrase "Who did you get?" as I've seen that phrase many times in tweets especially related to sports.
However I still wonder why it has become so common and whether there is any anecdote behind it. Did some famous person say that?

@wasei_eigo_man I’m so sorry for not answering you quickly. Yes “ya got” is slang. You are also right it is part of hip hop like culture. I would say also younger kids use this in casual conversations.

For me, it sounds like it might contain a slight sense of gang style or hiphop-like urban street culture.
