請提供關於 help me out 的例句給我。請盡量是生活中經常用到的句子。

I sometimes hear people say like this,
Would it be possible to meet in the afternoon tomorrow instead of the morning? "It would help me out."
or,
"I appreciate you helping me out.".
Why is there "out"? What is the difference between "help me out" and "help me"?

@Yukiem8240 A little. Not because it is wrong, only because people are more used to hearing 'help me out' in that context.
