They basically mean the same. However the second sounds more forceful and final.

@Tweeks24 It could be just me, but do you also think the first one makes it sound like they'll start closing in 10 minutes, while the second one is more like they'll be closed once the 10 minutes are up?
I still think the two are interchangeable though
