They mean the same
But 한국어 is from Chinese words and 한국말 is a pure korean word
SuwaidiMaryam if you want to say korean food you just say 한국 음식 :)

Both are the same meaning of "language/words". "어" is a Sino-Korean word but "말" is a pure Korean word. In daily life, a pure Korean word is more used colloquially. Grammatical difference is that "어" cannot be used by itself but "말" can be. For example, if you say "I dont understand what language he is speaking", 그가 하는 <말>을 이해할 수 없다(O). 그가 하는 <어>를 이해할 수 없다(X).
