Or if someone asks "what can you see?" You really don't have to say "There is" you could just say "I see a sheep eating grass" or just "a sheep eating grass." Those would all be correct responses.

'There is a sheep eating grass' is best if you point at the sheep. Otherwise just use 'I see a sheep eating grass.'
