It depends on who you ask, but my impression is that western men favor tan skin more than Asian men do.

Keeping in mind that America is a diverse place, different men have different preferences. Unfortunately, white men have a tendency to exoticize women of color. This might result in an initial attraction, but it can lead to dehumanization in the form of racism and sexism. Sorry to make it more serious, but it's a big problem.
