Hi guys, can you please help me correct this text? Thank you

40. What are the attractions and drawbacks of being a teacher? * Working with people * Working conditions * Sharing knowledge.

Generally speaking, I would say that being a teacher has its advantages and drawbacks.
On the one hand, there is an array of advantages. First and foremost, I would like to mention working with people. Should a person be altruistic and philantrophic, it is highly likely that he is cut out to be a teacher, inasmuch as teachers spend a great deal of time sharing with people. It is also imperactive that teachers have empathy and acknowledge that each student is different, and they have to make use of different methodologies to guarantee the learningship. Secondly, not only do they share knowledge, but they also have to be updated to convey the correct information. Last but certainly not least, they have the responsibility of forming different professions and generations. This is rewarding and to do a proper job, they should bear in mind that not only do they teach about different subjects, but also values. For this reason, the more qualified a teacher is regarding emotional intelligence, the better his classes will be.
On the other hand, many teachers complain that they have a poor wage, in spite of the fact that in they have in their hands a big responsibility. Furthermore, what concerns them is the fact that they have to do great investments to have the proper qualifications, and on many occasions they do not earn enough to pay and are in debt.
Another point worth mentioning is that teachers have to work overtime to prepare their classes or to assess exams. It goes without saying that they do not receive extra pay for that job.
All in all, I would say that there is no doubt that teaching is a rewarding job and the advantages vastly outweigh the downsides.
