My friends birthday is coming up and I want to say this to her: 생일축하해 소영아! 넌 진짜 좋은 친구야 생일 잘 보냈으면 좋겠어 만나서 반갑습니다 우리 앞으로도 친하게 지내자! 사랑해 Happy Birthday Soyoung! You are an awesome friend and I hope you have a great birthday. I'm glad that we met and i hope our friendship continues to grow! I love you!

만나서 반갑습니다 is always used for first meeting. so 너랑 만나게 돼서 기뻐 is more better.. i think.
