Please kindly correct my sentence.

I would like to get confirmation from you to place an order based on the price which was discussed with you.

Is this correct?
I want to combine below sentences;
I would like to confirm if you will place an order.
And the price should be based on the discussion.

Especially, i am not sure the correct place for “from you”.
Should it be after “with you”?

Best regards
Daisuke
