Please look over the addendum and let us know if it is acceptable to you.

(Addendum is singular so you have to use “it is”)

I think it would be more natural to use “acceptable” instead of “agreeable.”

According to the dictionary, “agreeable” should only be followed by “to”
So I suppose it would be ok to use “agreeable to you” but using “agreeable for you” would be incorrect in this sentence.
