I normally say "I have an exam tomorrow"
But both work perfectly fine.
"I've got an exam tomorrow" is about the same; but typically i hear "I have" more often

You could say, "I have got to go to the library."
Or "I have to go to the library"

@KwonEunji Thank you. I know grammar about "have to". But what do you say when you describe apperiance or you have something. FE What is best " I've got blue eyes, short hair, or I have blue eyes etc And what about I've got a camera or I have a camera. What do you prefer to say? Thank you

@Lenushka They both can be used interchangeably, they mean exactly the same thing, "i've got" may be a little more professional/formal than "I have"
At the end of the day it's just up to their preference.
I normally use "I have"
