She's an up-and-coming creator who develops creative activities around [the social media / Twitter].
If the listener(s) already know(s) you're talking about Twitter then you can just say "the social media", but if they don't you should say "Twitter".

The only people I've seen use "SNS" are Japanese people, English natives don't use it. Some people say "social network", but most people say "social media". There's something else I need to ask though: are you talking about a specific social media, or multiple social media platforms? Depending on your answer my correction (slightly) changes.
