It depends on how you use the word "confused" in a sentence.
For example: "I will be confused if you say it like that." OR "If you keep changing your mind, I will get confused."
Personally, I don't hear a lot of people saying "be confused", so I think you should usually use " I will get confused"

They are basically the same. Just in my personal opinion 'get' makes it seem more important
