I'm not sure I understand the first question. As for your 2nd question, it is not grammatically correct because it's saying that "money" is solving a problem. But really YOU are solving a problem USING (or WITH) money.
In almost any conversation, though, using "It is easy for money..." is perfectly well understood and natural, even though it's not proper.
