It's usually -lle (allative)

I bought/brought flowers for her/you
= Ostin/toin häneLLE/sinuLLE kukkia

But when it's an inanimated object it can be illative as well:

I got a new cable for my computer
= Hankin tietokoneeSEENi uuden johdon

"Tietokoneelle" would sound like your computer was a person.

There's no "for" in the last sentence but it's "Minun pitäisi ostaa uusi puhelin".
