Hajimemashite = Nice to meet you.
Douzo yoroshiku = Nice to meet you.
Hajimemashite は、自己紹介の最初に言います。
Douzo yoroshiku は、自己紹介の最後に言います。

Hajimemashite literally means, This is our first time to meet each other.
Douzo yoroshiku means Let's have a good relationship with each other.
So, you can say either of them or both.

@ZGoten 'Hajinemashite' literally means, 'I've never seen you before (it's the first time that I've seen you) whereas 'Douzo yoroshiku', 'thank you for (getting to know me, for example)'. So, saying it both ways isn't really redundant. In my opinion, these expressions would complement each other.

Douzo yoroshiku is also used when you ask someone to do something, meaning I hope things will be good or all right. Douzo literally means "Please." And Yoroshiku derives from the word "Yoroshii" which means "Good" or "OK", so douzo yoroshiku literally means "Please (be) good." That's why this expression is used both when you meet someone for the first time and when you ask someone to do something.
