Fattie or fatty is the same word and same meaning.
It is a insult word and ment to be rude.
Is someone is grasso they make fun of them by calling them fat-ty.
It is an informal word. It’s bad and offensive.

fatty is a noun and slang for someone who is fat. it's offensive
