Wattpad might not be the best for people learning English since there's a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes

If you want to practice English I would buy the English version of the books you like. For example you could buy Hunger Games in English. It's what I did with Spanish

If you don't want to spend money though there are a few users I would recommend on Wattpad: TheFaultInOurStars, Kayy_B, lilly-rain, TellTaleHeart, and Explode are some of my favorites

Many of the books are in PDF form or are text files. Some are also in epub and Kindle formats.
You can search for an author or book title using the search option in the upper right corner of the page. In the results the type of entry is indicated by an icon on the right - some are ebooks, some are audio books, some are videos. I searched for Grapes of Wrath and chose one of the book entries (https://archive.org/details/grapesofwrath00stei...). In the Download Options I see a few file types listed but clicking 'Show All' lists them all. For this book there is a PDF version that should work on any PC, tablet or smartphone.
