These two words are very similar and can often be used interchangably. Pleased is often used when talking about something that goes beyond what was expected. Satisfied is used when talking about something that had an expected outcome.
Examples:
1) I'm very pleased with the service at this resturant.
2) I'm satisfied with the service at this resturant.
Both of the sentences mean the same but using pleased is more casual and sounds more natural.
