回答是 I'm so happy.
"I'm so glad" sounds like you are happy because of what happened to someone else.
たとえば:
person1: I won the lottery!
person2: Really? I'm so glad!
(you can also say "I'm so happy for you!")
"I'm so happy!" doesn't have this nuance.
