Father’Dad's nagging always irritatesannoys me.
Most Americans (that I know) use "dad" instead of "father". In the USA, "father" is a more posh way to refer to your dad. In my opinion, at least. And, irritates sounds a little bit too formal as well. Personally, I would use "annoys". But, both ways are correct and generally understandable.

You can also say, my father’s nagging is always annoying.
