no it’s silent
((-์ are called การันต์
์ is called ไม้ทัณฑฆาต))
but for forien words like English they’re silent too but you can understand where it comes from.
โยเกิร์ต=yogurt ร and r in yogurt has same sound
or pronouncing in Thai language
fight->ไฟท์
sometimes we read it in English accent along with Thai accent
